1) Justin Timberlake's teenage tort has gone bye bye bye.
2) The next time we're in Florida, TSG is going to look up Backstreet Boy Nick Carter and his sister Bobbie Jean, a 20-year-old aspiring model. Because these Carter kids really like to have a good time. As you know, Nick, 21, was just busted for mouthing off to a Tampa cop. And it turns out, BJ, whose mug shot you'll at left, is under indictment for marijuana possession. She was hit with the pot charge two months ago following a wild high-speed chase in the Florida Keys that ended with her crashing a 2002 BMW owned by brother Nick (the car suffered $20,000 in damages). Bobbie Jean, who has already pleaded guilty to reckless driving, broke her right ankle in the 1:25 AM wreck. Her three passengers--two 17-year-old boys and an 18-year-old boy--only suffered minor injuries. What follows are some Florida court, police, and sheriff's records describing BJ's brush with the law.
